Products:
All products sold by Auto Diag are for private use and if applicable, only for use on private roads, therefore they must not be used on public roads.
Prices:
Prices shown are the current prices in Euros and not subject to VAT. Other currencies are shown for information purposes.
Prices shown are correct at the time shown and can be modified without notice.
Guarantee:
Products sold by Auto Diag are guaranteed 1 year from purchase date shown on invoice. This guarantee covers workmanship and defects of materials. Damage caused by misuse or lack of care is under no circumstances covered by the guarantee.
The guarantee covers the repair or replacement of the product if it is still on offer at time of repair. In the event of a return, the product must be sent to our address accompanied by a description of the defects.
Payments:
Credit Card payments are directed to a PayPal secure service. PayPal for security reasons will ask you for personal information. Under no circumstances should they ask you for passwords other than the one you specified to log on to the PayPal service.
If you choose to pay by credit card you must be the owner of the card itself to confirm the payment.
Payments by cheque are accepted if made out in Euros to Plug 'n Perf Ltd and sent accompanied by the order form printed out from the website.
Deliveries:
Deliveries including insurance by us are covered to your address and any claims are to be made directly to us.
Deliveries without insurance are your responsability and all claims including loss can only be made to the transporter. |
