Deliveries are sent out in the delay specified on the page of each product.
We want you to be delivered in time, please do not hesitate to contact us if your order has not been delivered in time.
Please check the package and it's contents on delivery as to notify the transporter in the event of damage or deterioration.
We will not be able to deal with claims if the transporter does not have a written declaration of the claim.
In the case of returning a product, it is your responsability to take out the necessary precautions in terms of insurance in case of damage during transport.
